Mayonnaise in the News
Biden's Mayonnaise Inflation
North Carolina has spoken up against Joe Biden over the inflation of a very certain, beloved sauce. Mayonnaise, the North Carolina Republicans claim, is taking it's toll on local family owned restaurants. One restaurant states that they are "paying $200 more a week in mayonnaise." Reassurances from The White House over a stabilizing economy, after eighteen months of lockdown, is having no effect to calm the masses.
Twitter has taken it upon itself to ridicule the North Carolina Republicans for their accusations. Mathematicians have stepped up to the podium and calculated that, if a restaurant were paying $200 a week on mayonnaise, this would amount to a shocking $3,700 per week in mayonnaise. The range per gallon depends on brand, but goes anywhere from $10-$15, with Hellman's taking the top.
Based on this number, Twitter has brought to our attention that this could potentially amount to 370 gallons of mayonnaise. The following question is on the tip of everyone's tongue, but none are bold enough to ask: WHO is eating all of this mayonnaise?

Is Biden at fault for this paramount increase in pricing? Was it the pandemic that caused this price influx, or perchance the president at the time of the beginning of the pandemic? Many will argue it's the latter.
